Delivery Options and Terms

We use DPD Local to ensure reliable delivery. Select the option that best suits your needs:

  • Standard Next Day Delivery (Not Insured): £8.80
  • Insured Next Day Delivery (By 12:00 PM): £12.00
  • Saturday Delivery: From £20.50

Dispatch Schedule:

  • Orders placed before 3:00 PM (Monday–Friday): Dispatched the same day.
  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM or on weekends: Dispatched the next working day.

Important Notes:

  • Ensure someone is available to sign for the parcel upon delivery. Missed deliveries returned to our warehouse will incur a £12 DPD charge.
  • While we strive for next-day delivery, delays may occur during peak times or in remote areas.

Damages, Returns, and Refunds

  • Damaged Items: If your order is damaged during transit, please send photographic evidence within 24 hours. Loss or damage is covered for insured deliveries only.
  • Uninsured Deliveries: DermaShop is not liable for transit damage on uninsured orders.
  • Returns: Returns are accepted within 7 days, provided items are unopened, unused, and in their original condition. Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.

  • Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item."
  • If an order is refused at delivery, no refund will be issued for the returned goods.
  • Non-Refundable Items: Opened, used, or damaged items are not eligible for a refund unless proven faulty. Medications are also non-returnable and non-refundable for health and safety reasons; please check your order carefully before purchase.
